OUR ROLE: Construction Management

PROJECT: Ambient Valley is a homely gated community of 16, four-bedroomed houses located 900 metres off Ngong Road and 4km from Karen shopping center. The site is within close proximity of shopping facilities, schools, hospitals, police stations, and worship facilities.

Designed in a country modern style, the housing units aspire to be fully sustainable as regards energy, waste management and water conservation. The site is laid out with a sensitivity to livability in a community setting with gardens, a shared pool and a club house.
