WHO WE ARE

Beavercon building services is a limited liability entity, duly incorporated in the Republic of Kenya as company number PVT-ZQU33K5. Our project(s) delivery process is characterized by a strict adherence to the standards set out in our company policy and the built environment regulations cutting across quality assurance, timely delivery and cost control measures.

THE TEAM

Samuel Njoroge • Director

Education: Bachelor of Construction Management (UoN).

Professional Bodies: Architectural Association of Kenya (CPM Chapter) and Association of Construction Managers of Kenya (ACMK).

Samuel has 8 years Construction Management experience in the industry. Before joining Beavercon, Samuel worked at Acorn Group Limited as a Project Manager, and at Planning Project Management Limited as a Senior Project Manager. As a Project Manager, Samuel was tasked with managing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from office developments, mixed-use master-plan developments, retail developments, and residential developments through the full cycle; from inception, through design and development to completion. Samuel is actively involved in the improvement of the construction industry through fostering proper industry procedures.

Edward Njoroge • Director

Education: Bachelor of Construction Management (UoN).

Professional Bodies: Association of Construction Managers of Kenya (ACMK).

Edward has over eight years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Beavercon, he was the Senior Project Manager at Trident Estates Limited, a subsidiary of Mini-group of companies. He was in charge of their Development Portfolio and their associated SPVs. Early in his career, Edward worked at Acorn Management as a Project management trainee in their Corporate client section, handling major commercial, residential and industrial projects in Kenya and Uganda for UAP Holdings, Britam, Rotrite Limited and Farmers Choice.

David Kimani • Design Manager

Education: Bachelor of Architecture (UoN).

Professional Bodies: Architectural Association of Kenya.

David is an experienced Designer/Creative Director with over 5 years of design and art direction. He is a strong conceptual thinker, outstanding visual and strategic designer, with proven leadership abilities. His focus and attention to detail supplements his hands-on leadership in conceptualization and development of strategy. He has an extensive understanding of marketing and handling brand objectives, architectural schematic design, visualizations, consumer needs, and the value of effective communication. David is a strong communicator and presenter, both in speech and on paper.

Reaganson Obonyo • Construction Manager

Reagan has a Civil engineering background of 4 years, having worked with Sheltplan Civil Engineers as their Site Engineer. He has been involved in supervising projects on site at the execution phases. At Beavercon, he serves as the company’s technical expert, spearheading the implementation of civil engineering projects.

Where we are appointed by a client to handle design and build, we are able to bring together a team of competent & certified design consultants, who under our oversight, and in line with the client brief, produce design and detailing, which we take through the requisite statutory processes. Upon obtaining all approvals, we transition to the construction phase where we bring the projects to fruition by planning, coordinating and executing the construction, all under one roof.

Beavercon Building Services Ltd. is certified by the National Construction Authority as contractors offering construction services in projects, ranging from residential units (Bungalows, Maisonettes & Apartments), commercial blocks, institutional and industrial projects, fit-out works, as well as civil works, i.e. roads and water works.

Construction Management

Beavercon team is well equipped with specialized professional skills for guiding Building and Civil works contractors on project schedule, cost control and quality management in the execution phase of lengthy, large-scale, and high budget capital projects in commercial & residential real estate, as well as transportation infrastructure and industrial facilities.

Project Management

Our project management model directs and coordinates finances, procurement processes & human resources, effectively and efficiently throughout the project life cycle. We apply an internationally recognized Project management model, based on PRINCE-2, which enables us to achieve the pre determined objectives on the major project constraints, i.e. scope, cost, time, and quality. This has guaranteed our clients’ satisfaction. Our project management steps are: feasibility and design, pre-construction, procurement, construction and owner occupancy/post-occupancy transition.
