Beavercon building services is a limited liability entity, duly incorporated in the Republic of Kenya as company number PVT-ZQU33K5. Our project(s) delivery process is characterized by a strict adherence to the standards set out in our company policy and the built environment regulations cutting across quality assurance, timely delivery and cost control measures.
THE TEAM
Samuel Njoroge • Director
Education: Bachelor of Construction Management (UoN).
Professional Bodies: Architectural Association of Kenya (CPM Chapter) and Association of Construction Managers of Kenya (ACMK).
Samuel has over 14 years Construction Management experience in the industry. Before joining Beavercon, Samuel worked at Acorn Group Limited as a Project Manager, and at Planning Project Management Limited as a Senior Project Manager. As a Project Manager, Samuel was tasked with managing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from office developments, mixed-use master-plan developments, retail developments, and residential developments through the full cycle; from inception, through design and development to completion. Samuel is actively involved in the improvement of the construction industry through fostering proper industry procedures.
Edward Njoroge • Director
Education: Bachelor of Construction Management (UoN).
Professional Bodies: Association of Construction Managers of Kenya (ACMK).
Edward has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Beavercon, he was a Senior Project Manager at Trident Estates Limited; a subsidiary of Mini-group of companies, in charge of the group construction projects portfolio comprising of residential, commercial and hospitality developments. Early in his career, Edward worked at Acorn Management as part of the team handling their corporate client portfolio comprising of major commercial, residential and industrial projects in Kenya and Uganda.
David Kimani • Design Manager
Education: Bachelor of Architecture (UoN).
Professional Bodies: Architectural Association of Kenya.
David is an experienced Designer/Creative Director with over 11 years of design and art direction. He is a strong conceptual thinker, outstanding visual and strategic designer, with proven leadership abilities. His focus and attention to detail supplements his hands-on leadership in conceptualization and development of strategy. He has an extensive understanding of marketing and handling brand objectives, architectural schematic design, visualizations, consumer needs, and the value of effective communication. David is a strong communicator and presenter, both in speech and on paper.
Allan Waithaka Githieya • Construction Project Manager
Allan is a Quantity Surveying (Hons) Graduate from the University of Nairobi and holds a graduate membership at BORAQS. His expertise ranges from preparation of Projects cost estimates, work schedules and budgetary forecasting and planning. He serves as the company’s Construction Manager handling and supervising the company’s project operations on site.
